Project description
The Hechthausen solar park, located in the municipality of Hechthausen, district of Cuxhaven, Lower Saxony, is equipped with over 16,000 solar modules that provide an installed capacity of 10 MWp. This park can generate green energy for approximately 3,500 households.
Positioned next to a double-track railway line, the project has successfully tendered for EEG-remuneration under the German Renewable Energies Act.

Chint Solar and NewDev have completed the development and construction of the Hechthausen solar park in Lower Saxony. The project was recently connected to the power grid and officially put into operation.
