Mark-Oliver Otto is active in the solar energy sector since 2006.
He began his career at an international transaction law firm, where he was involved in advising on all legal matters related to wind and solar parks.
In 2011, he founded NewDev Management GmbH, which completed its first German solar project the following year.
In addition to German solar projects, he has also managed various international projects, primarily in South Africa.<\/p>\n

Tanja Mado is a licensed attorney since 2004 and worked for many years in major international law firms in Frankfurt and Hamburg.
As a lawyer specialized in renewable energy law, she has provided comprehensive advice to investors, municipal utilities, banks, and project developers, legally and strategically guiding transactions in this field.
She has extensive expertise and in-depth market knowledge in the solar industry. Since 2022, she has been a co-owner and managing director of the NewDev Management GmbH.<\/p>\n
